Training singlet fits are made to be fitted compressive. This is to ensure they move with you and not against you. Size down if you require a more compressive fit. Size up if you require a looser fit (please ensure you are aware that when sizing up, your fit can become a crop muscle tank type fit. With this being a seam-free crop training singlet we do NOT recommend sizing up anymore than one size above your usual. This is to ensure the functionality of the singlet remains as its purpose was meant for).
