Orders will be shipped via NZ couriers, Poste Haste, or NZ post for nationwide. International orders will be shipped via DHL, Fedex or NZ Post. We will choose the most effective shipping depending on your location.

Orders within New Zealand should take 2-3 business days to arrive to you after processing and dispatching. Please allow between 3-5 business days for rural orders to arrive. Orders to Australia should take 3-10 business days to arrive once shipped.

NZ orders will be $10.00NZD flat rate.

NZ Rural will be $12.00NZD flat rate.

AUS orders will be $15.00AUD flat rate.

AUS RURAL orders will be $17.00AUD flat rate.

Please ensure you are choosing the correct shipping method for your address or your parcel may be delayed.

All tracking confirmations will be sent via email as soon as the package is dispatched. Tracking will not be activated until courier collects from our collection depot. 

***IMPORTANT***

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the receiver to keep track of your parcel through your tracking information. Please contact us at the earliest convenience if tracking is still not traceable within 1 week of placing your order with us. 

If tracking is traceable but the parcel has been in transit for more than 1 week. PLEASE URGENTLY LODGE A QUERY WITH THE RESPECTIVE COURIERS DIRECTLY. PLEASE DO THIS BEFORE 14 DAYS OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED AS DUE TO THEIR POLICY THEY WILL NOT LODGE AN INQUIRY WHICH IS BEYOND 14 DAYS OF THE PARCEL BEING COLLECTED. THIS INCLUDES LOST PARCELS AS WELL. 

If a query has not been lodged within the respective 14 day window directly with the courier company, Aria Collection will not be liable to refund or replace the item(s) of the order.
