ARIA COLLECTION RETURN POLICY
Aria Collection accepts returns or exchanges of items which are purchased from ariacollection.co.nz within 14 days of the orders shipment date. After the 14-day period, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange. Please notify us at email@example.com by providing your name and order number.
Please note we are not able to process returns, refunds, exchanges and/ or store credits on any item(s) until they are physically received by us. Please allow up to 7 days for this process.
Please check if your item(s) is eligible by reading the following:
Items can be returned if:
- They are in their original condition.
- Tags remain on the clothing and in their original packaging.
- They have not been worn or washed.
- They are full priced items.
Please note that items must be approved for return before they are returned to us. If a return fits the criteria above, you will be offered a refund (less shipping), store credit, or exchange (to the value of the item(s) returned). Please note sales items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If, for any reason, you no longer want a full priced item(s) purchased from ariacollection.co.nz, please contact Aria Collection and return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit to the value of the item(s) paid for. Sales items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Faulty items DO NOT include:
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect washing
- Damage caused by negligence and misuse
If an item is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, order number and photo evidence of the fault. If the item(s) is deemed by Aria Collection to be faulty, we will issue either a full refund (less shipping), exchange, or store credit.
SALES ITEM POLICY
Please note all sales items remain non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you have the correct sizing upon purchasing. All sales are final.
RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
Aria Collection will only refund return shipping costs on an item(s) which is faulty and/or incorrectly sent to the customer by us. Please keep your receipt and tracking number as evidence to be reimbursed in this instance.
All other items returned which are not due to the above (faulty or incorrectly sent), will be at the expense of the customer.
All items which have been approved for return, exchange or store credit will be processed once physically received by Aria Collection. Aria Collection does not take any responsibility for returned shipping items that are lost in transit. To reduce the risk of this occurring, please ensure you retain your tracking number.
