How long will it take before orders are shipped?

We will aim to have all orders shipped within 1 business day from ordering. 

How long will shipping take?

Shipping to New Zealand addresses should take 2-3 business days.

Shipping to New Zealand Rural addresses should take 3-5 business days.

Shipping to Australia addresses should take 3-10 business days.  

I have received the wrong items in my order?

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Please email us on info@ariacollection.co.nz to let us know. We ask you please ship the goods back to us (retain the receipt) and we will reimburse your shipping costs once the items have arrived. We will arrange your correct order to be sent out to you as soon as possible. 

I have not received my order confirmation?

Do you ship to P.O Boxes? 

Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to P.O Boxes. Please arrange shipping of your order to an alternative address.

When will I receive my tracking number?

As soon as your order is dispatched please allow 1 business day from your order date.
