Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and dispatched we cannot cancel the order. However, once you receive your order please contact us at info@ariacollection.co.nz with your order number and we can discuss steps moving forward. If you decide to return your order, all garments must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Once they return back to us here at HQ we will overlook the garments and issue a refund (if garments are in tact with original tags and condition). Refund will be the total amount less the shipping.

Can I add to my original order and avoid paying additional shipping?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@ariacollection.co.nz when adding to your original order. Usually orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day. If your order has not been dispatched yet we will add these items to your original order and ship together.

How long do orders take to be shipped?

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1 business day of ordering. This can be extended from 1-3 business days during our launch times and sale periods.

I received the wrong items in my order

We're sorry about this! Please email us at info@ariacollection.co.nz as soon as so we can rectify the issue and send you out the correct items as soon as possible.


How long will shipping take?

Shipping to NZ addresses can take 1-3 business days to arrive to you.

Shipping to NZ rural addresses can take an additional 2 business days.

Shipping to Australia can take 3-7 business days. We are working on a more efficient time frame for Australian orders.. stay tuned!

Shipping to the rest of the world will be done via Fedex and will be determined by the location. This can generally take 3-10 business days.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes

Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to P.O Boxes

When will I receive my tracking number?

As soon as your order is collected by our courier, this will trigger the tracking number to your email which should be traceable from 'pick up' from our HQ. Please allow 1-2 business days from your order date.

Will my order be dispatched on weekends?

Our couriers do not collect on weekends. All orders placed on saturdays and sundays will be ready for collection on mondays.
