Trackpants are true to size. Sizing down will give a firmer/tighter fit and sizing up will give a loose fit. Please note that the waistband will also be tighter or looser if you choose to size up or down. We do not recommend sizing up if you will be using the pants for HIIT/Cardio training as a loose waistband may become a problem in this type of training.
